Free Online Training Webinars

Did you say FREE Information Management Webinars? Yes, I did…. Ok ……I’m Listening.

LTD’s Webinars are not the traditional style, we use polls to help you get involved which will enhance the amount of information you recall. There are no traditional slide decks, it’s just the host/trainer and participants! We encourage you to have your camera’s on, as it is always nice to see who you are talking too and it also gives the host some virtual energy to work from, you can unmute yourself to ask questions or just put them in the chat box! We are also known to play games and give out prizes for the winners too! Each session last’s one hour. We don’t record our webinars, as we feel it’s a barrier and stops you getting involved, so if you don’t turn up, you will have missed it, there aren’t any second chances here.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 Quarterly ‘Ketchups’

Do you receive the regular Microsoft 365 release emails and delete them before reading ?  Wonder why when you log in sometimes something looks different or isn’t doing what it did yesterday and then realise that you probably should have read that Microsoft email?  Do not fear LTD are here!

We would like to tell you about our all NEW Microsoft 365 Quarterly ketchups !

In line with LTDs company ethos of making all things Information Governance and Records Management accessible to all and easy to learn, Sara Fennah one of our MS gurus will be taking all the relevant Microsoft releases and then morphing them into understandable, helpful, end user information.

As well as any regular releases, in our Quarterly Ketchup we will include news and information from the major annual Microsoft conferences Ignite– the main technology conference, Build– the developers conference and  Inspire– partners conference.  To keep you informed we will notify you of any upcoming Microsoft releases we have been made aware of to enable you to forward plan any additional resources or training that you might require.

The Quarterly Ketchup will ALWAYS be delivered virtually, and we will use both visual and written methods to deliver the content each time. We estimate each ‘ketchup’ will be between 1-3 hours (depending on how many updates there are to share).

Our first FREE sessions are LIVE for bookings and we will notify via the joining instructions of the length of time of each session, these are sent approximately 48 hours prior to the session.

Customer Comments

The idea of conducting polls throughout was great; really useful to benchmark against other public sector organisation and feel less ‘alone’ in the challenges faced. The content was also pragmatically framed, which I appreciate rather than just promoting pure best practice – the course leader recognized that no one is getting RM 100% right and every place has its own challenges.

Art Gallery

It was really good to get an overview of what is happening in other organisations and see where we sit in comparison to others. The general discussion prompted lot of thoughts for me and has really got me thinking. I found the trainers style to be very engaging. I felt this showed enthusiasm for the topic. There is nothing worse than an unenthusiastic trainer! The trainer held my attention well despite the course being online; I found myself nodding along with then throughout.
